hello, my name is Kerry, my husband , Roger, and I are interested in the Wednesday morning class which is unfortunately full. We are both 75 yrs old and would like to work on our strenght . What is Michael Friday morning mindful yoga about?

In answer to your question, the Friday morning class works well for anyone who is in good physical condition and would like to improve their strength.
I thought I would add a little more about the class. The oldest person is 82. The average age is 50 I would say. I take the class myself. Michael helps students when needed. He is a wonderful teacher with LOTS of experience. You are in good hands. There is a lot of stretching and strengthening and balancing. It is most definitely, strengthening. For this reason, students keep coming back.
This Friday, there are 2 students absent. You would be most welcome as my guests. It is the last class of Session 3.
