  1. hello, my name is Kerry, my husband , Roger, and I are interested in the Wednesday morning class which is unfortunately full. We are both 75 yrs old and would like to work on our strenght . What is Michael Friday morning mindful yoga about?

    • Good morning Kerry! Just saw your email amid all the other emails I received this week in my general email box. I am so sorry for the late reply. For all yoga questions it is best to use yoga.downdog8@gmail.com.

      In answer to your question, the Friday morning class works well for anyone who is in good physical condition and would like to improve their strength.
      I thought I would add a little more about the class. The oldest person is 82. The average age is 50 I would say. I take the class myself. Michael helps students when needed. He is a wonderful teacher with LOTS of experience. You are in good hands. There is a lot of stretching and strengthening and balancing. It is most definitely, strengthening. For this reason, students keep coming back.

      This Friday, there are 2 students absent. You would be most welcome as my guests. It is the last class of Session 3.
