Gentle Hatha is a mindful, meditative and healing approach to opening the body with softness. This class is suitable for the beginner and the more experienced. The class incorporates the use of props. A gentle yoga practice will leave you feeling rested, relaxed, balanced and more grounded. The class would not be complete without some of Roxanne’s well-received yoga wisdom!
Hatha Vinyasa Fusion • All Levels

Hatha Vinyasa fusion blends the grounding stability of traditional Hatha poses with the fluid movement of Vinyasa flow. This balanced class offers the best of both worlds—held poses that build strength and awareness, alternating with flowing sequences linked to your breath. Every pose comes with accessible variations and modifications, so whether you’re exploring yoga for the first time, returning after years away, or simply prefer a gentler approach, you’ll find your rhythm at your level. Expect creative options, plenty of support, and plenty of humor as you discover what feels right in your body.
Vinyasa & Relaxation • Intermediate

Stimulate the mind and nervous system through a dynamic yoga practice, before down-regulating with deep slow breathwork (Pranayama) and a long relaxation. The sequences offer a heat-building Sun Salutation based practice (surya namaskara), flowing between postures with the breath, Opportunities to explore intermediate variations of poses if desired — no pressure! Attention will be brought to the breath to slow and calm the mind. Sequences are designed to build confidence, focus and stamina, while learning to ride the depth of the breath.

The yoga wisdom presented in this class will help students bring yoga off the mat into their everyday life.

Thoughtfully chosen opening and closing poses ensure safety and comfort for everyone. Move with confidence and keep doing the things you love.
